experience is a strong plus, particularly for research integration and tooling.\nStrong software design skills and the ability to translate design concepts into high-quality, maintainable code.\nExcellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.\nClear and effective communication skills.\nInterest in financial markets and the investment process.\nExperience operating microservice-based architectures and building scalable, distributed systems, using technologies such as Java, Elasticsearch, Redis, RabbitMQ/AMQ, and relational databases (e. g., PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server).\nStrong engineering best practices, including attention to code quality, peer code reviews (PRs), automated testing, and test coverage.\nExperience operating, tuning, and profiling
