This role helps strengthen relationships with agencies, consortia, and global partners through precise coordination, excellent communication, and timely delivery of initiatives across all trade channels.\nYour passion is:\nTrade Communication & Inside Sales Execution\nExecute the annual Inside Sales Calendar and support global trade initiatives.\nPropose and coordinate engaging topics for trade newsletters and LinkedIn posts.\nCollaborate with Marketing (Content & Creative teams) to develop accurate and compelling trade communications.\nCoordinate distribution of communications through Zoho Campaigns and CRM tools.\nAffiliations & Consortia Support\nMaintain updated profiles in consortia and affiliations.\nShare news, promotions, and incentives across partner platforms.\nCoordinate dedicated campaigns, webinars, and other trade visibility opportunities.\nMarketing & Commercial Content\nSupport the creation of marketing assets, translations, presentations, and sales materials.\nEnsure accurate and high-quality content aligned with brand standards.\nTrade Shows & Events Coordination\nAssist with logistics, registrations, booth coordination, and marketing materials for events.\nSupport exclusive client activities such as luncheons, dinners, and webinars.\nAdministrative Responsibilities\nUpload contracts, engagement plans, and alerts in Zoho Projects.\nSupport are we looking for?\nDegree in Tourism, Hospitality, Marketing, or related fields.\nExperience in marketing, commercial, or B2B roles within tourism/hospitality.\nExcellent writing skills in English and Spanish.\nAdvanced English (mandatory).\nStrong communication and organizational skills.\nHigh attention to detail, multitasking ability, and comfort working with tight timelines.\nProactivity,
