configure, and deploy Windows and macOS laptops for new employees\nSupport employee onboarding and offboarding, ensuring a seamless IT experience\nProvide first-line technical support for hardware, software, Microsoft 365, email, VPN, printing, and connectivity issues\nManage user accounts, permissions, and application access across Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft 365\nEnroll and manage devices using Microsoft Intune or similar endpoint management platforms\nTroubleshoot laptops, monitors, docking stations, Wi-Fi, peripherals, and workplace technology\nSupport password resets, MFA, VPN access, and identity-related requests\nTrack incidents and service requests through the IT ticketing system while maintaining excellent customer service\nMaintain accurate inventory of laptops, accessories, licenses, and IT assets\nDocument technical procedures, troubleshooting guides, and knowledge base articles\nEscalate infrastructure, cloud, networking, and security issues when experience supporting Windows and macOS\nExperience configuring laptops, installing software, and troubleshooting end-user issues\nFamiliarity with Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint\nBasic knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi, VPN)\nFamiliarity with Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, or Active Directory is a strong advantage\nUnderstanding of endpoint security, antivirus solutions, software updates, and device management\nStrong customer-service mindset with excellent communication skills in English\nOrganized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies\nAbility to prioritize multiple requests while delivering a great employee experience\nNice to Have\nExperience supporting hybrid or global organizations\nFamiliarity with
