Technology or a related field.\n\nAt least 2 years of experience in IT Engineer role.\n\nStrong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP). \n\nExperience with remote tool and ticket system (especially Service Now.)\n\nExperience with Active Directly, Office 365 administration. \n\nGood communication skills and ability to work effectively in a
