# Senior Internal IT & AI Systems Administrator

Aqueduct Technologies is seeking an experienced, hands on IT professional to own and continuously improve our internal technology environment. This is a highly visible individual contributor position responsible for the day to day delivery of internal IT services, Microsoft cloud administration, employee technology support, IT asset management, and the adoption of AI and automation across the business. This is a team of one role with no direct reports. We are looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with operational ownership and enjoys being directly involved in solving problems, supporting employees, and improving how technology enables the business. The ideal candidate has deep experience with the Microsoft technology stack, a strong understanding of modern workplace technologies, and a genuine interest in applying AI and automation to improve productivity and operational efficiency. Reporting to the SVP of Service Delivery, this individual will partner with business stakeholders, Engineering, Security, Managed Services, and external vendors to ensure internal technology services are secure, reliable, efficient, and aligned with business needs.
