Commercial Cleaner with CDL License

Requirements:

• Must have CDL Class A or B Driver License
• Proven experience as a maintenance person or in a similar role.
• Solid knowledge of general maintenance and repair techniques.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Must have the authorization to work in the U.S.
• Salary commensurate with work experience.
• The candidate should be able to work a flexible schedule.
• Candidates will be subject to drug screening, fingerprinting, and a 10-year background check.

Duties:

Perform general maintenance and repairs on commercial properties, including:

• General plumbing repairs such as toilets, faucets, and other minor plumbing issues.
• Test performance and troubleshoot kitchen appliances such as dishwashers,

  stoves, etc.

• Repair and replace general hardware such as doors, doorknobs, locks, etc.
• Repair or replace floor tile and/or carpets.
• Repair or replace plumbing fixtures, electrical systems, and appliances.
• Install or repair drywall, paint walls, and perform carpentry work.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Keep accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
• Proven experience in janitorial or office cleaning.
• Solid knowledge of general cleaning.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
