Integration Developer

We are looking for an Integration Developer and Implementation Consultant with 3-5 years of experience building and delivering enterprise integrations using JavaScript and Node.js . The ideal candidate combines strong technical integration expertise with customer-facing implementation experience and can manage solutions from discovery through go-live and post-production support.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable enterprise integrations.
• Manage customer implementations from discovery and solution design through go-live and post-production support.
• Gather requirements and lead technical discussions with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Build integrations with HR, payroll, identity, and other enterprise systems.
• Develop and consume REST and SOAP APIs, webhooks, and file-based integrations.
• Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting.
• Prepare technical documentation, test cases, deployment plans, and implementation guides.
• Support UAT, customer training, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Manage project risks, dependencies, timelines, and customer expectations across multiple engagements.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in integration development, implementation consulting, or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and Node.js ; TypeScript experience is an advantage.
• Experience integrating HRIS, HCM, payroll, or workforce-management systems.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML, CSV, SFTP, OAuth 2.0 JWT, and webhooks.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases, including writing queries, working with schemas, and troubleshooting data issues.
• Strong customer-facing, consulting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with Git, testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively with technical and business stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, UKG, ADP, or Dayforce.
• Knowledge of employee onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits, and identity-lifecycle processes.
• Experience with cloud platforms, iPaaS tools, and enterprise security standards.
• Experience implementing SaaS solutions in enterprise environments.
