As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading teams of consultants in the day-to-day tasks and activities such as requirements gathering, process design, system configuration, testing, and go-live, to support the implementation of a variety of HCM software platforms.This is a Project Management position that requires strong project management and client management skills. However, knowledge of HCM systems such as HR, Payroll, Recruiting, and WFM systems is important. system implementation by establishing clear goals, identifying potential issues/risks, and developing contingency plans.\nTracking progress and providing overarching communication and coordination.\nWork with multiple clients, projects, and consultants at a time.\nWork with the client to understand requirements and business needs.\nDevelop and execute plans under delivery time, budget, and implementation constraints.\nManage solution design along with applicable gap analysis and customization requirements.\nAssisting client with change management.\nCollect and analyze relevant data and take action accordingly.\nManage and resolve client issues.\nManaging project plan.\nCreating support plans and overseeing the transition to support.\nCollaboration with internal team to assist fellow consultants on other projects.\nContributions to HRchitect’s thought leadership initiatives.\nContribute to the HRchitect Tech Trends blog.\nQualifications\n Dayforce experience required\nExperience working with Payroll, HCM, WFM, or HRMS systems as a Project Manager.\nExperience managing full system implementation life cycle including Requirements Gathering, Scope Management, Process Design, System Configuration, Integration, User Acceptance Testing, Training, and Go-Live.\nPMP or other Project Management Certifications are a plus.\nStrong analytical skills.\nStrong communication skills.\nStrong documentation skills.\nStrong time management skills.\nExperience working independently without daily supervision.\nAbility to multitask between different projects and clients.\nExperience with HCM systems (UKG, SAP, Oracle, ADP, Workday) preferred.\nFamiliar with HCM solution modules and concepts such as Human Resources, Payroll, Benefits Administration, Open Enrollment, Time & Attendance, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance Management, Succession Planning.\nProven record of delivering projects on time within budget.\nAbility to work remotely from home office in North
