They will ensure the reliability and availability of enterprise messaging and collaboration platforms.\n\nKey Responsibilities :\n\n- Maintain high availability through proactive health checks and incident support.\n\n- Operate Exchange Online, Hybrid, Teams, Teams Rooms, and OneDrive.\n\n- Configure monitoring, tune alerts, and build dashboards to reduce alert fatigue.\n\n- Utilize PowerShell, Power Automate, and Graph API to streamline operations.\n\n- Participate in ITIL processes, runbooks, and disaster recovery support.\n\n- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for incident communication and mentoring.\n\n- Conduct post-incident reviews to enhance operational processes.\n\n- Ensure compliance with security and service management standards.\n\nMust-Have Qualifications :\n\n- Minimum 6 years of total experience with 5 years in Messaging & Collaboration / M365 operations.\n\n- Hands-on experience with Exchange Online, Teams, and M365 services.\n\n- Strong PowerShell scripting skills.\n\n- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.\n\n- Experience in hybrid Microsoft environments and identity services.\n\nNice to Have :\n\n- M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert certification.\n\n- Messaging Administrator Associate certification.\n\n- Experience with ITIL Foundation v4.\n\n- Knowledge of AIOps and Microsoft 365 Copilot.\n\n-
