Typically managing hourly employee populations, contractors, and contingent workers.\nOptimizing utilization of resources to achieve the production target\nShop controls - shift plans, time booking, maintaining attendance, daily logbook, reporting of production data in the system, manpower planning\nManage, Organize, monitor production operations of balancing shop as per plan, implement corrective action as necessary\nTrack activities w.r.t to process sheet & process control plan\nTrack / checks at every stage of repair as per QAP\nOn time delivery of the jobs of balancing shop\nResolves issues in situations that require good technical knowledge and judgment within established procedures. Consults more senior team members for issues outside of defined instructions/parameters.\nInteract with related Departments, Clarify Deviations, give technical guidance to subordinates to ensure quality production meeting Statutory regulations at least time and cost\nMaintain housekeeping (5S), Guide, monitor and supervise compliance with all safety standard and environment policy and norms (in line with ISO- 14001 and OHSAS- 18001) to ensure safe and healthy working environment.\nCommunicate, Guide, motivate, interact with technicians, resolved disputes, initiate disciplinary action if necessary, to ensure smooth production and congenial work culture\nMaintain housekeeping (5S), Guide, monitor and supervise compliance with all safety standard and environment policy and norms (in line with ISO- 14001 and OHSAS- 18001) to ensure safe and healthy working environment.\nCommunicate, Guide, motivate, interact with technicians, resolved disputes, initiate disciplinary action if necessary, to ensure smooth production and congenial work culture\nBasic understanding of key business drivers; uses this understanding to accomplish own work.
