1 Position\nForging & Blades - 1 Position\nProcurement Process Management\nEnsure purchase orders are issued on time, with the expected level of quality, and in compliance with cost and budget objectives.\nAssume full commercial responsibility for assigned procurement packages, including: Launching supplier RFQs/RFPs, Analyzing and evaluating supplier proposals, Preparing and issuing purchase orders.\nEnsure procurement activities remain aligned with project schedules and milestones.\nSupplier Relationship Management and Negotiation\nOrganize and participate in technical and commercial discussions with suppliers, in coordination with internal stakeholders.\nLead commercial and contractual negotiations, including pricing, terms and conditions, and risk allocation.\nMonitor contractual execution of purchase orders, including notifications, claims management, and supplier dispute resolution.\nOperational Follow-up and Performance Management\nManage supplier invoice validation and release processes.\nMaintain accurate procurement data within ERP systems (SAP).\nActively contribute to team performance metrics, including On-Time Delivery (OTD), cost savings, and claims management.\nParticipate in or lead cost reduction and quality improvement initiatives.\nCross-Functional Collaboration\nWork closely with Strategic Sourcing teams for globally managed commodities.\nCollaborate with Project Management, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Contract Management teams.\nRequired Competencies\nStrong expertise in strategic sourcing and commodity management.\nAbility to define and implement global sourcing strategies.\nSolid supplier relationship management and negotiation skills.\nAbility to operate effectively within cross-functional, multi-site, and international environments.\nStrong analytical capability with a results-oriented mindset.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nLeadership and influencing skills without direct reporting authority.\nStrong risk management awareness and contractual understanding.\nEducation and Experience\nMinimum Bachelor’s degree (Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or equivalent).\nSignificant experience in procurement/sourcing, ideally supporting complex, high-value projects.\nProven expertise in commercial negotiation and contract management.\nKey Skills\nHigh level of autonomy, accountability, and decision-making capability.\nAbility to thrive in a demanding international environment with tight deadlines.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nLanguages\nFluent English, both written and spoken.\nAdditional Requirements\nProficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in one or more of the following industries: Power Generation, Heavy Industry, Nuclear, Aerospace.\nBasic knowledge of project management principles.\nAwareness of financial, legal, and risk management considerations.\nAbility to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and adapt quickly within a project-driven environment.\nWorking Condition\nAvailability for occasional business travel.\nPosition operating within a demanding industrial environment.\nFrequent interactions with international internal and external stakeholders.\nJoin us and work with global teams to support global customers !
