The role ensures high-quality fabrication to support production, maintenance, and engineering projects.Safety & Compliance\nComply with safety procedures, PPE requirements, and 6S/lean manufacturing practices.\n\nMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.\n\nReading & Interpreting Technical Drawings\nRead and understand engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.\n\nSelect appropriate metal materials based on job requirements.\n\nCut, bend, shape, and mark materials using manual and automated tools.\n\nOperate fabrication equipment (shears, grinders, press brakes, drills, CNC machines).\n\nPerform welding operations (MIG/TIG/Stick/Brazing) to assemble components.\n\nFit, align, and assemble parts to meet specifications.\n\nAssemble complete structures or subassemblies according to instructions.\n\nDeburr, polish, grind, and finish components to required standards.\n\nInspect fabricated parts for structural integrity and dimensional accuracy.\n\nMaintain fabrication tools, welding machines, and CNC systems.\n\nRecord measurements, batch numbers, and production data.\n\nReport defects, discrepancies, or equipment issues.\n\nRequired Skills & Competencies\nProficiency in welding processes (MIG/TIG/Stick).\n\nAbility to read technical drawings and CAD prints.\n\nStrong understanding of fabrication tools and machine operations.\n\nKeen attention to detail and quality.\n\nKnowledge of safety procedures and industrial best practices.\n\nEducation & Experience\nDiploma or technical/vocational certification in fabrication or welding.\n\nPreferred:\n\nAssociate degree in metal fabrication or related field.\n\nJoin us and work with global teams to support global customers !
