Guided by safety and integrity in all we do, we take ownership of our actions and results.\n Responsibilities\nResponsible for complete electrical arrangement and cabling activities within Electrical team.\nRealise the basic engineering studies : main arrangement and civil work guide drawings for electrical room, transformer area, HV switchyards, …, main cables axis definition, main cabling principles, building services general specifications …\nCreating/ review of cabling plan/ design, equipment arrangement, 3D models, electrical layouts e.g. Tray Routing, Earhing & Lightning, Illumination etc.\nReview of vendor offers, TTAs, post order vendor docs/ data sheets.\nLeading the technical interface meetings/ discussions with clients/ consultants/ vendors and responsible for correctness of the documents.\nRepresent Arrangement & Cable engineering scope of supply and services to the project team and towards customers and vendors/contractors.\nInterface with the electrical equipment design engineers, mechanical, piping and civil teams.\nPrepare the BOQ (cables trays, cables, accessories, …) for erection RFQ, material procurement and construction.\nSupport in 3rd party design agency development/evaluations and cost out activities\nComply with the Quality and EHS rules of Arabelle Solutions and customers.\nParticipate in design reviews and the design freeze within and across disciplines.\nSupervise and control the engineering work sub-contracted or shared with other Engineering Centers/ 3rd party agencies.\nProvide technical support to the site team for erection issues/technical queries resolution.\nParticipate in the experience feedback on his/her project for benefit of other projects.\nOrganize archiving of final documentation (As built).\nJob Specifics\nThis position requires some short travels abroad/ within India.\nAuthority\nArea(s) where the position holder is the decision maker:\nTo secure the necessary resources and tools to perform his/her allocated tasks from his/her Line Management\nTo alert the Project team and his/her Line Management of unexpected difficulties encountered during his/her work and make the mitigation plans\nArea(s) where the position holder provides recommendations:\nTo alert other Project Engineers of incoherencies or inaccuracies he/she may detect during his/her work\nTo advise his/her Line Management on improvements of standard documentation and tools\nKey performance Indicators\nThe performance of the Electrical Arrangement Engineer is measured against the successful execution of the project in terms of on-time delivery, quality and engineering budget.\nIn addition, performance is measured on her / his capacity to interact with customers, vendors and other disciplines:\nsmooth interface with Mechanical team, Piping team, Civil team, Site Construction Team, … and so on.\nHer / his capacity to coordinate with engineering performed in other Engineering Centers or external Design Offices.\nFurther objectives are defined on a yearly basis.\nRequired Competences\nEducation\nMandatory (MUST)\nElectrical Engineering Degree with 5 to 8 years of experience in electrical arrangement and cabling area.\nTrained in 3D modelling tools like E3D, SP3d...\nMastering of CAD software and Office software suite.\nExperience\nMandatory (MUST)\nExperience of electrical arrangement & cabling in industrial projects.\n3D tools: Hands-on experience in 3D modelling tools like E3D, SP3d, Navisworks.\n2D tools: Hands-on experience in AutoCAD\nKnowledge of National / International codes and standard like IS, IEC, IEEE.\nAbility to handle the turnkey package on electrical arrangement and layouts.\nTeam player, proactive, collaborative.\nDesirable (NICE TO HAVE)\nExperience in Nuclear and/or fossil power plants.\nExperience of working in global multinational environment.\nExperience in AutoCAD Electrical, MicroStation, SmartSketch.\nStrong intercultural skills and abilities of managing global processes & procedures.\nLanguage skills\nMandatory (MUST)\nStrong ability to communicate verbally and in written English.\nIn India, our presence spans Sanand (Gujarat), Noida (Uttar Pradesh), and Bengaluru (Karnataka), where our teams drive advanced manufacturing, precision engineering, and cutting-edge project delivery-underpin by our commitment to safety, integrity, and sustainability.
