Key responsibilities include:\nProvide technical inputs to the tendering team regarding instrumentation requirements.\nAssist in reviewing customer specifications and identifying technical needs or gaps.\nPrepare and update instrumentation engineering documents including:Instrument index / I/O lists\nInstrument data sheets\nWiring lists and cable schedules\nHook-up drawings and installation requirements\nMeasurement philosophy inputs\n\nSupport the development and review of P&IDs from an instrumentation perspective.\nAssist in defining instrument setpoints, ranges, and accuracy requirements.\nCoordinate with control system engineers for signal mapping, I/O assignments, and alarm limits.\nSupport development of control narratives, cause-and-effect charts, and shutdown philosophies.\nProvide instrumentation requirements for DCS/PLC/ESD interfaces.\nPrepare technical datasheets and requisitions for field instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level, analyzers, valves, etc.).\nParticipate in technical bid evaluations under supervision of senior engineers.\nManage supplier clarifications and ensure compliance with project specifications.\nSupport Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and equipment inspections.\nProvide technical support during installation and pre-commissioning activities.\nAssist commissioning teams in instrument loop checks, calibrations, and SAT.\nSupport troubleshooting of instrumentation issues during start-up.\nQualifications/Requirements:\nBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Instrumentation Engineering, Electrical, Electronics, or related discipline.\nMinimum 5 years of experience in instrumentation engineering within power generation, oil & gas, energy, or similar industries.\nKnowledge of field instrumentation principles, I&C design practices, and relevant standards (IEC, ISA, ATEX/IECEx).\nExperience with DCS/PLC systems and basic understanding of signal interfacing.\nStrong communication skills in English (written and verbal).\nAbility to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary and global team environment.\nWillingness to travel occasionally for supplier visits, FAT, and site support.\nDesired Characteristics:\nExperience working with rotating equipment or power plant instrumentation is an advantage.\nFamiliarity with hazardous area equipment selection (a plus).\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.\nTeam-oriented with the ability to collaborate openly and responsibly.\nWillingness to learn and grow within a technically demanding environment.\nJoin us and work with global teams to support global customers !
