Your main responsibilities will include:\nProject & Contract Execution\nRepresent the Process Engineering scope within the project team.\n\nTake over the project from the Tendering team, including review of the Division of Work, contract documentation, and risk log.\n\nPerform contract review, identify risks and opportunities, and propose technical deviations and clarifications to the Project Engineering Manager.\n\nPlanning & Coordination\nContribute to the development of the overall engineering schedule and manage the planning of Process Engineering activities.\n\nSupport resource planning at both project and functional levels.\n\nCoordinate daily with other Lead Engineers (calculations, arrangement, mechanical equipment, piping & valves, electrical, etc.).\n\nEnsure efficient communication across teams, functions, as well as with the partners and the client.\n\nProcess Engineering Activities\nLead and perform the following engineering tasks, supported by the team of Process engineers and internal experts:\nProcess system design including P&IDs, System Design Manuals, control logic diagrams, management of mechanical/electrical/I&C interfaces.\n\nNuclear safety, functional safety, and RAM (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability) studies.\n\nManage mechanical and functional interfaces with customers and partners.\n\nParticipate in technical meetings with clients and partners related to your scope.\n\nQuality & Compliance\nEnsure that all engineering deliverables meet contractual requirements, project standards, and internal Arabelle Solutions procedures.\n\nGuarantee timely, accurate and high-quality information delivery to internal and external customers.\n\nLead design reviews (mechanical process, process control, system layout), ensure timely closure of actions, manage design freeze, and apply design change processes.\n\nTesting, Construction Support & As-Built Documentation\nCoordinate and participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for the control system.\n\nEnsure quick processing of Non-Conformity Reports and provide support to construction and commissioning teams on site.\n\nCoordinate and deliver the Process “as-built” documentation, and collect and share lessons learned for continuous improvement.\n\nReporting\nReport operationally to the Project Engineering Manager for all project-related matters (what, when).\n\nReport functionally to your Line Manager for all other topics (how, who).\n\nCandidate profile:\nEngineering degree in Energy Engineering, or Fluid Mechanics, Thermodynamics.\n\n5 years of experience in Process & Control Engineering within the energy or better power generation sector.\n\nOn-site experience, ideally a minimum of 3 months.\n\nKnowledge of the nuclear or broader energy industry.\n\nStrong understanding of multidisciplinary aspects of power plant engineering, including equipment specifications, installation, and electrical design.\n\nKnowledge of water-steam cycles and steam turbine and generator auxiliary systems used in power plants.\n\nProficiency with standard office software tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).\n\nExcellent communication skills in both French and English, written and spoken.\n\nAbility to plan, organize and co-ordinate well, delegate and supervise.\n\nAbility to lead, motivate and persuade their team members, enjoys personal contact.\n\nIs “Customer Focus” minded.\n\nAbility to solve conflicts.\n\nReady and willing to take responsibility.\n\nReady and willing to provide good service (effort, steadiness of performance, good resilience, self-motivation).\n\nReady and willing to accept changes (learning capability, openness to innovations, flexibility, self- criticism).\n\nIntellectually alert (Reasoning power, comprehension, creativity).\n\nWilling to travel.\n\nJoin us and work with global teams to support global customers !
