You'll:\nLead APQP activities for new products and process changes.\nDevelop and maintain Process Maps, PFMEAs, Control Plans, and manufacturing documentation.\nCreate and manage FAIR packages and Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs).\nDrive Design for Manufacture (DFM) reviews to improve manufacturability, quality, and cost.\nIdentify and reduce manufacturing risks through structured problem-solving and process optimisation.\nWork closely with Engineering, Quality, Operations, and Supply Chain teams to ensure manufacturing readiness.\nSupport continuous improvement projects that enhance productivity, quality, and delivery performance.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe're seeking someone who combines strong technical expertise with a practical, hands-on approach.\nEssential:\nExperience in a Manufacturing, Process, Methods, or Industrial Engineering role.\nStrong knowledge of APQP, PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Mapping.\nExperience producing FAIR documentation and Inspection & Test Plans.\nExcellent problem-solving and communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively across multiple functions and departments.\nDesirable:\nExperience within CNC machining environments including milling, turning, grinding, or multi-axis machining.\nKnowledge of turbine assemblies, rotating equipment, or precision mechanical products.\nExperience in aerospace, defence, energy, nuclear, or other highly regulated industries.\nUnderstanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, AS9100, or ISO9001.\nWhy Join Us?\nThis is an opportunity to work on technically challenging products where your expertise will directly influence manufacturing performance, product quality, and customer success.\nYou'll join a collaborative team that values innovation, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence while offering genuine opportunities for professional growth and development.
