With focus and rigor around tools, processes, operating rhythm, and people, here you shall have the opportunity to learn, contribute not limited to Order management but Project Planning.Responsibilities\nManage nuclear projects for Sanand operations with end-to-end responsibilities including engineering, procurement & manufacturing, execution, customer management.\nCo-ordination with internal stakeholders like Project management, Quality, Sourcing, Finance, Production, Planning, Tendering, Site team etc. as well as Customer for Smooth Execution of the Project.\nActively participating in kick off meeting to define the coordination and actions between all stake holders within Arabelle Solutions & at supplier’s place.\nBuild project schedule and project budgeting.\nControl and Monitor project schedule and budget throughout project.\nAnalyze schedule and cost trends and provide forecasted cost and schedules to project team.\nIdentify potential schedule and cost risks & Opportunity as well as drive/support risk mitigation.\nProvides internal and external project reporting of Procurement & Manufacturing status.\nProviding 100% material visibility and tracking across the organization.\nDrives KPIs like OTD, Inventory Turn, etc.\nIdentify areas of opportunity for standardization / optimization and where possible participate in a Kaizen or similar lean event to implement any identified improvements.\nEnsure compliance to Global Standards for planning and cost control.\nEnsure Alignment to established standards (WBS, process, procedures, tools usage)\nAdhere to all safe working procedures in accordance with instructions.\nRequired Qualifications\nThis role requires 8 to 10 years of experience in the Manufacturing & Materials Planning and Execution. Knowledge level is comparable to a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college.\nBackground in Heavy manufacturing industry (Experience in Turbine & Generator manufacturing preferable).\nKnowledge of cost control for large complex turnkey projects.\nExperience of working in ERP / SAP - MM module, MS Project/Primavera.\nKnowledge of best practices Lean, Kaizen is preferred.\nGood Communication and Presentation skills.\nJoin us and work with global teams to support global customers !
