Package Manager is responsible for the overall management and delivery performance of supplier-provided goods and services within a project environment.He/She ensures that supplier commitments are met in terms of schedule adherence, cost performance, and documentation compliance, while working closely with Project Management, Quality, and Supply Chain teams.\nThe position reports directly to the Commodity Sourcing Team Leader.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES\nSupplier Delivery Management\nAssume overall responsibility for order fulfilment activities for the assigned project scope.\nDefine the expediting strategy no later than the Notice to Proceed (NTP), in coordination with the Project Procurement Leader (PPLM) and the Project Quality Manager (PQM).\nEnsure alignment of the expediting strategy with the project schedule, Engineering Procurement Plan (EPP), Master Time Schedule, and allocated budget.\nCoordination and Performance Management\nCoordinate and leverage expediting activities together with Supplier Quality (SQ) teams to maximize synergies across projects, suppliers, and sites.\nLead regular reviews of critical procurement packages with the PPLM.\nClosely monitor expediting-related costs and ensure compliance with the Order Fulfilment budget.\nProvide early warnings in the event of schedule slippage or delivery risks.\nOperational Follow-up and Reporting\nConfirm completion of deliverables and receipt of equipment within project tracking systems (PMX) to ensure accurate On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance reporting.\nContribute to budgeting and forecasting activities related to Order Fulfilment.\nPrepare and issue periodic consolidated reports (e.g., through digital tools such as SUMO), including delivery status, risks, and opportunities.\nEnsure compliance with Group processes, tools, standards, and methodologies related to Order Fulfilment activities.\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nThe Supplier Performance Manager is assessed, among others, on:\nComplete and on-time delivery of project equipment and procurement packages.\nCompliance with allocated budgets.\nEffectiveness of mitigation and recovery plans.\nQuality, accuracy, and timeliness of reporting.\nAdherence to global processes and quality of data maintained in company systems.\nAutonomy and Authority\nAbility to make decisions and provide direction within the assigned area of responsibility, in alignment with project stakeholders.\nREQUIRED COMPETENCIES\nBasic knowledge of Quality Management, commercial considerations, planning, scheduling, and industrial operations.\nExperience in supplier management and delivery performance monitoring.\nProficiency with business systems, databases, and digital tools.\nPROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS\nEducation and Experience\nMinimum Bachelor's degree (Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or equivalent).\nSignificant experience in Procurement and/or Project Management, ideally supporting complex, high-value projects.\nStrong contract management knowledge and experience.\nKey Skills\nLeadership and strong team-oriented mindset.\nProactive approach with strong anticipation and problem-solving capabilities.\nExcellent organizational, prioritization, and resource management skills.\nAbility to prepare professional reports, procedures, and business communications.\nStrong communication skills with internal stakeholders, customers, and third parties.\nLanguages\nFluent English, both written and spoken.\nAdditional Requirements\nProficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in one or more of the following industries: Power Generation, Heavy Industry, Nuclear, Aerospace.\nBasic knowledge of project management principles.\nAwareness of financial, legal, and risk management considerations.\nAbility to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and adapt quickly within a
