Analysis of Financial Summary received from tendering stage (investigation of any unclear cost budget).\nImplementation of AS SOLD calculation into ERP system (split into WBS elements).\nSales Order creation.\nDetermination of revenue recognition approach (Overtime or Point in Time).\nTracking of any Variation Orders (update of Billing milestones, Selling Price adjustments etc.).\nAny new WBS element creation, especially in terms of proper NCRs cost tracking. \nTo prepare and lead the monthly and quarterly financial reviews of projects that contain a Rugby manufacturing scope of work. \nRegular interface with production and purchasing to forecast project costs vs actual analysis, required for pacing and budgetary purposes.\nTo liaise between Rugby factory personnel and the Services & New Build teams to ensure alignment of cost forecasts and invoicing.\nInterface with Factory Finance Specialist to align on factory manufacturing hours forecast by project.\nProvide business performance analytics to identify financial trends, highlight risk and opportunities and to ensure operational coordination.\nTo support financial closing and reporting activities.\nAnalyse aged WIP, ECA, GRNI and to drive project closures.\nInput for hedging, when there are non-functional currency transactions.\nResponding to any queries from key project stakeholders. \nQualifications/Requirements:\nBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field\nProven working experience within financial analysis, cost controlling, project controlling, or manufacturing finance\nStrong oral and written communication skills.\nAbility to work independently\nStrong stakeholder management\nProficient in English.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications\nSAP Experience\nDesired Characteristics:\nResults-driven and analytical\nSelf-motivated with strong problem-solving skills\nOrganized and detail-oriented\nComfortable working in a fast-paced environment\nAble to adapt to changing priorities and challenges\nStrong team player with the ability to work across different functions\nJoin us and work with global teams to support global customers !
