You will be responsible to monitor the suppliers responsible to execute Arabelle Solutions purchase order, while evaluating their performance; as to ensure the full conformity of the documents and the products delivered to Arabelle Solutions.\nYour responsibilities will be:\nThe quality surveillance of the external suppliers of Instrumentation & Controls products for the new build project of Arabelle Solutions.\nAssess suppliers QMS through audits\nAssess suppliers manufacturing capability through Commodity Technical\nAssessment\nAssess suppliers conformity to the Supplier Responsibility Guide (SRG)\nRecord related actions plans and approve qualification requests in the\nsupplier database\nPrepare the products/projects specific Quality Control Plans (QCP) upon\nrequest BoP/MSD only\nAttend pre-award meetings with suppliers and Sourcing/Engineering to agree\non the quality control requirements\nContribute to PO attribution sheet with quality inputs, and preliminary\nsurveillance strategy\nConfirm supplier surveillance strategy with project team\nOrganize the kick-off & pre-inspection meetings with suppliers and relevant\nArabelle Solutions representatives\nReview Supplier quality documentation (ITP, procedures,...)\nManage the execution of surveillance inspections:\n- Coordination of the Inspection & Test Time Schedule (ITTS)\n- Schedule the quality surveillance inspections at suppliers\nsuppliers, as necessary\n-Perform the surveillance inspections for the critical equipment and suppliers, as necessary\n- Ensure product compliance with contract requirements and\napplicable regulations\n-Timely review and distribution of the inspection reports\nRelease material for shipment:\n-Ensure all deviations are closed\n-Review the End Of Manufacturing Reports (EOMR)\n-Contribute to shipment authorization once all quality requirements\nare met\nManage technical deviations:\n-Continuously follow up the punch items and nonconformities\nresulting from the quality surveillance inspections up to their closure\n-Record and/or distribute nonconformities identified at suppliers\n-Drive RCA with suppliers, with 8D at least following High & Critical\nNCRs\n- Ensure corrective actions are implemented by suppliers\nManage surveillance audits:\n-Organize surveillance audits as necessary\n-Monitor the closure of actions resulting from on-boarding phase\n-Record associated reports in the supplier database\ntheir performance assessment\nSupport Sourcing in updating suppliers qualification status based on their performance assessment\nProfile requirements:\nDegree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering\nExperience in supplier quality, manufacturing, or project quality\nBackground in audits, inspections, or nonconformity management\nAbility to work with multiple stakeholders in a project environment\nStrong analytical skills and attention to detail\nConfident communicator with suppliers\nFluent in English\n Desirable Skills:\nExperience in energy, power, or heavy industry\nKnowledge of I&C, electrical systems, or automation\nFamiliarity with quality tools (RCA, FMEA, 8D)\nSix Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt)\nNDT (Level 2 or 3)\nJoin us and work with global teams to support global customers !
