Le/la Technicien(ne) de méthodes est responsable de l’industrialisation des process techniques de réalisation en usine des différents produits, de l’établissement de la documentation technique associées et sa gestion.

ACTIVITES SIGNIFICATIVES :

  • Expérience demandée en programmation sur FAO

  • Identifier, anticiper, préparer et qualifier les process selon normes et spécifications applicables

  • Apporter le support technique aux équipes bureau d’études produit pendant la phase étude afin d’intégrer la faisabilité en termes de réalisation, de montage tout en prenant en considération les aspects Sécurité, qualité et couts

  • Apporter un support/ suivi aux ateliers ou usines pour les opérations préparées,

  • Participer et initier au retour d’expérience technique et les actions d’amélioration continue

  • Analyser les non-conformités, définir les solutions et prendre la décision en lien avec les interlocuteurs internes concernés

  • Analyser les besoins et réalisation des demandes d’outillages,

  • Rédiger les process (ex : MPP)

  • Assurer une veille technologique

  • Participer à la rédaction des cahiers des charges outillages, process et équipement

  • Réaliser les analyses de risque (type AMDEC)

  • Etablir les gammes de fabrication dans ERP,

  • Définir le schéma industriel

  • Exprimer le besoin en production ou achat dans ERP,

  • Rédiger les instructions de fabrication et utilisation des outillages et machines en assurant un respect des règles EHS en vigueur,

  • Fournir des chiffrages ou données au service offre

  • Réception des dossiers clients pour analyse et traduction en données utilisables par la production

COMPETENCES PROFESSIONNELLES SPECIFIQUES :

  • Diplôme de technicien en mécanique, usinage, informatique, électronique ou industrialisation

  • Connaissances générales scientifiques ou technologiques de son périmètre d’activité

  • Déplacements en France

  • Maitrise de la communication orale et écrite (Français / Anglais)

  • Esprit de synthèse et d’analyse d’informations techniques complexes

  • Capacités dans la résolution de problèmes techniques

  • Maitrise des outils informatiques

  • Adopter une culture axée sur le client
