This role requires precision, attention to detail, and the ability to work with various tools and machinery to produce high-quality fabricated products\nWelder:\nWelder or welding operator should have job knowledge in order to ensure that welding, Quality, Safety procedures are followed, and common practices are complied with on shop floor.\n\nPrioritize safety above all else by maintaining a rigorous adherence to safety standards and processes, ensuring that safety risks and issues are identified, reported, and addressed immediately.\n\nUnderstand and apply basic principles of Gouging & Welding processes (GMAW, GTAW, SMAW, SAW)\n\nFitter:\nKnowledge about basic EHS guidelines/Environmental aspect and Risk related to inspection activities on Machines and during Assembly\n\nInterpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine fitting requirements.\n\nAssemble and fit metal parts by aligning, grinding, and adjusting components to ensure proper fit.\n\nMark, measure, and cut materials accurately before assembly.\n\nUse hand tools, power tools, gas cutting and machinery such as grinders, drills, and fitting equipment.\n\nAssist in welding preparation and ensure parts are correctly positioned prior to welding.\n\nITI fitter / Diploma or equivalent; technical training or apprenticeship preferred\n\nProven experience as a Heavy Fabrication Fitter.\n\n5 to 8 years of experience in Heavy fabrication or Pressure Vessel Fabrication.\n\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.\n\nFollow methods, standards, and work instructions to:\ni) Weld turbines and generators components by applying appropriate welding techniques Tungsten Inert Gas (TIG), Metal Inert Gas (MIG), Shielding Metal Arc (SMAW) and Submerged Arc Welding (SAW).Interpret blueprints.\nMinimum 5 years’ experience in Heavy Fabrication\n\nQualified in GMAW-Must, GTAW, SMAW, SAW\n\nMust have Heavy fabrication experience, capable perform Groove welds (T Joints, Knuckle, Corner& Butt joints for thickness 40 mm above.\n\nUnderstanding of WPS/PQR/WPQ/WELD BOOK.\n\nEducation: ITI welder\n\nJoin us and work with global teams to support global customers !
