The role ensures accurate and timely execution of HR processes, maintenance of employee records, effective employee support, and compliance with company policies and procedures.\nKey Responsibilities\nManage daily HR operations and ensure the smooth execution of HR processes.\n\nHandle employee joining formalities, transfers, promotions, and offboarding activities.\n\nPrepare and maintain employment contracts, HR forms, letters, and other employee documentation.\n\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR records.\n\nUpdate employee information on HR systems and ensure data accuracy.\n\nMonitor employee attendance, working hours, leaves, and related records.\n\nFollow up on probation periods, contract renewals, and other employee lifecycle activities.\n\nRespond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures, benefits, and HR services.\n\nSupport managers and employees in resolving day-to-day HR-related issues.\n\nEnsure HR policies and procedures are properly communicated and consistently applied.\n\nCoordinate with relevant departments regarding employee movements, new joiners, resignations, and other HR transactions.\n\nSupport recruitment activities, including interview coordination, candidate communication, and pre-employment documentation when required.\n\nCoordinate onboarding activities and ensure new employees complete all required documentation and formalities.\n\nSupport the performance appraisal process and follow up on completion of appraisal activities.\n\nMaintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.\n\nEnsure HR documentation and processes comply with company policies and applicable labor requirements.\n\nSupport HR audits and provide required employee records and documentation.\n\nIdentify HR operational issues and support the implementation of process improvements.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.\n\n3–5 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Generalist, or a similar HR role.\n\nGood knowledge of employee lifecycle and HR administration processes.\n\nGood understanding of attendance, leave, contracts, onboarding, and employee records.\n\nGood knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR regulations.\n\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\n\nExperience with HRIS or ERP systems is preferred.\n\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nStrong organizational and follow-up skills.\n\nGood problem-solving and analytical skills.\n\nHigh attention to detail and accuracy.\n\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.\n\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work within
