Accounting OperationsRecord and process daily accounting transactions accurately and on time.\n\nPrepare and maintain accounting entries, supporting documents, and schedules.\n\nAssist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.\n\nSupport invoice verification and ensure proper documentation and approvals.\n\nAssist with recording bank charges, expenses, transfers, and other routine financial transactions.\n\n2. Bank Reconciliation & Cash MonitoringAssist in preparing regular bank reconciliations and investigating outstanding or unidentified transactions.\n\nMonitor daily bank transactions and ensure accurate recording in the accounting system.\n\nFollow up on discrepancies and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.\n\nMaintain organized records of bank statements and supporting documents.\n\n3. Month-End & Financial ReportingSupport month-end and year-end closing activities.\n\nPrepare accounting schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.\n\nAssist in reviewing account balances and identifying discrepancies or unusual transactions.\n\nSupport the preparation of financial reports and other management information as required.\n\n4. Payments & DocumentationAssist in preparing and processing approved payments in line with company procedures.\n\nVerify payment supporting documents and ensure proper approvals are in place.\n\nMaintain accurate and complete records of financial transactions.\n\nSupport the Finance team with payment follow-ups and related documentation.\n\n5. Controls & ComplianceFollow company accounting policies, internal controls, and approval procedures.\n\nEnsure proper filing and retention of financial documents.\n\nAssist with internal and external audit requirements by providing requested documentation.\n\nEscalate discrepancies, unusual transactions, or missing documentation to the Finance team.\n\nEducation\nBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.\n\nRequirements\nKey Competencies\nAccuracy and attention to detail: Maintains accurate records and verifies financial information carefully.\n\nAnalytical thinking: Reviews discrepancies, investigates issues, and supports appropriate resolution.\n\nOrganization and time management: Prioritizes tasks and meets deadlines, particularly during month-end closing.\n\nCommunication: Communicates clearly with Finance team members and internal stakeholders.\n\nIntegrity and confidentiality: Handles financial information responsibly and maintains confidentiality.\n\nTeamwork: Works effectively with colleagues across Finance and other departments.\n\nOwnership and learning mindset: Demonstrates willingness to learn and take responsibility for assigned tasks.\n\n1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or a similar finance role.\n\nGood practical knowledge of accounting principles and financial transactions.\n\nExperience with bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable, and journal entries is preferred.\n\nGood understanding of month-end closing and financial reporting.\n\nExperience with an ERP system such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or Oracle is preferred.\n\nOther Essential Requirements\nGood Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, and basic PivotTables.\n\nGood written and verbal English communication skills.\n\nStrong attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines.\n\nWillingness to work in a fast-paced, multinational
