& Outreach Support\nAssist in identifying and researching potential clients aligned with company services and target markets. \nExecute basic outreach via email, LinkedIn, or phone under the guidance of senior SDRs and BDs. \nSchedule and coordinate meetings or discovery calls with qualified leads for the commercial team. \nCRM Management & Data Accuracy\nAccurately update and maintain lead records in the CRM system. \nTrack outreach activity, status updates, and meeting outcomes. \nMarket Research & Prospecting Preparation\nConduct preliminary research on target industries, client profiles, and potential use cases. \nSupport the development of outreach lists and tailored messaging based on market segments. \nTeam Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing\nWork closely with the commercial team to align on priorities and outreach campaigns. \nShare client feedback, objections, or common questions to help refine communication strategies. \nActivity Monitoring & Performance Reporting\nMeet weekly activity targets (e.g., number of emails sent, calls made, meetings booked). \nRegularly report progress and update team members on outreach results. \nEducation, Experience & Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. \n(1-3) years of experience in sales development, sales operations, or any client-facing role. \nExperience in sales, client interaction, in the technology or language services sector. \nGood organizational skills and attention to detail. \nEagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. \nStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams and engage with stakeholders at all levels. \nProfessional attitude, resilience, and a positive approach to challenges. \nBasic knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus. \nStrong communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Arabic.
