intuitive interfaces for AI-powered features such\nas natural language processing tools, recommendation engines, and intelligent automation.\nBuild and evolve the company’s design system to ensure consistency, accessibility, and scalability\nacross platforms.\nTeam Leadership & Development\nManage, mentor, and develop a team of UI/UX designers and researchers; provide regular\nfeedback, coaching, and growth opportunities.\nPromote a culture of experimentation, innovation, and continuous learning-especially in\nemerging fields like AI-human interaction.\nOversee workload distribution and ensure timely delivery of high-quality design assets.\nDesign Execution & Oversight\nGuide the end-to-end design process-from discovery and user flows to high-fidelity mockups\nand prototypes-ensuring alignment with both business objectives and AI product capabilities.\nCollaborate with data scientists and AI engineers to design user-friendly interfaces for complex AI\nmodels, balancing simplicity with technical power.\nReview interactive prototypes to ensure usability and trust in AI outputs (e.g., explainability,\nconfidence levels, feedback mechanisms).\nCross-functional Collaboration\nPartner with engineering, product management, and AI teams to embed user feedback into\nproduct development cycles.\nTranslate technical concepts from AI research into intuitive and digestible UI components for end\nusers.\nUse customer research, behavioral analytics, and usability testing to continuously optimize AIpowered user journeys.\nGovernance & Performance Measurement\nMonitor key performance metrics for design impact, including adoption of AI features, usability\nsatisfaction, and error reduction.\nEnsure all interfaces-especially those driven by AI-comply with accessibility, responsiveness,\nand data privacy standards.\nDeliver monthly design and UX reports with insights into user behavior, AI feature performance,\nand improvement opportunities.\nEducation, Experience & Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Engineering, or a related field.\n5+ years of experience in UI/UX design.\nPrior experience designing for AI or data-driven platforms (e.g., chatbots, dashboards,\nrecommendation systems, etc.) is a strong advantage.\nProficient in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).\nFamiliarity with user research tools and behavioral analytics platforms (e.g., Hotjar, Maze,\nMicrosoft Clarity, Google Analytics).\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Arabic.\nDemonstrated experience collaborating in agile environments and delivering results in fast-paced,\niterative cycles.\nStrong portfolio showcasing leadership in complex and scalable design systems, with a special\nfocus on intelligent and automated
