measurable customer value and sustainable business growth.\nDuties & Responsibilities:\nStrategic Account & Portfolio Management\nOwn the end-to-end account plan, including stakeholder mapping, whitespace analysis, and quarterly growth planning. \nDrive portfolio penetration across all Arabic.AI divisions, ensuring balanced revenue contribution and avoiding single-line dependency. \nAct as the primary commercial owner of assigned accounts, ensuring long-term value creation and strategic alignment. \nBuild trusted advisor relationships with executive and senior stakeholders across customer organizations. \nSales Pipeline & Deal Execution\nBuild and maintain a qualified, healthy pipeline across divisions with disciplined stage progression. \nLead deal strategy, commercial services, pricing discussions, and close-plan execution. \nDrive new logo acquisition (where applicable) and systematic account expansion. \nEscalate risks early and lead structured deal reviews for complex or high-value opportunities. \nSales Performance, Forecasting & CRM Discipline\nOwn accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility, ensuring predictability and variance control. \nMaintain CRM hygiene, including accurate values, stages, timelines, next steps, ownership, and evidence of customer engagement. \nGovernance, Compliance & Deal Readiness\nEnsure full compliance with pricing, discounting, and approval governance frameworks. \nGuarantee deal readiness prior to closing, including scope alignment, pricing approval, and internal sign-offs. \nCross-functional Collaboration & Commercial Leadership\nAct as the voice of the customer internally, aligning solutions to real business outcomes. \nLead multi-stakeholder initiatives to resolve client challenges and optimize solution delivery. \nCollaborate across divisions to design bundled, outcome-driven solutions rather than standalone offerings. \nOrchestrate cross-functional teams (Pre-Sales, Delivery, Pricing, Legal) to ensure deal readiness and timely closure. \nEducation, Experience & Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology, or a related field. \n7+ years of extensive experience in scale up tech solution enterprise sales, business development, or solutions selling within AI, or Tech solutions and consulting environments. \nDemonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise deals. \nA good understanding of Language and Translation services and the challenges faced within the specific market sectors. \nStrong experience in portfolio selling, cross-selling, and solution bundling. \nExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. \nAbility to perform under pressure and manage multiple high-impact opportunities. \nExcellent in-person and phone-based presentation skills. \nExcellent level of proficiency with MS Office Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint, and SharePoint. \nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills. \nStrong verbal and written communication skills. \nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English and
