smoothly, with accurate and verified details. \nOversee the contract management process, ensuring effective coordination between legal, clients, and the commercial team. \nProvide general administrative support to the commercial team as needed. \nCRM & Data Management\nOversee the Commercial Team's collateral on OneDrive, including proposals and presentation templates, and sales enablement materials. \nOversee the collection, management, and analysis of Salesforce data to provide actionable insights for decision-making. \nMaintain and improve CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness. \nGenerate and distribute regular sales performance reports and dashboards. \nPerformance Analysis and Reporting\nReport on sales metrics, KPIs, and trends to provide insights and recommendations to sales leadership. \nSupport the development of sales forecasts and assist in setting sales targets. \nSales Enablement\nCollaborate with the commercial team to identify training needs and coordinate the development of training materials and programs. \nProvide tools and support to the commercial team to enhance productivity and success. \nCross-Functional Collaboration\nAssist the CRO and VP of Growth in partnering with finance to ensure accurate sales forecasting and budgeting. \nCollaborate with the commercial team to improve customer retention and satisfaction. \nTechnology and Tools Management\nEvaluate, implement, and manage sales tools and technologies to streamline sales processes such as CRM. \nProvide training and support for sales tools to ensure effective utilization by the sales team. \nProcess Documentation and Compliance\nDocument and maintain sales processes, policies, and procedures. \nEnsure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to sales operations.Education, Experience & Qualifications \n\nA bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, or any related field is preferable. \n8-10 years of proven experience in sales support or administrative roles. \nProficiency in data analysis, reporting, and the use of business intelligence tools. \nStrong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales enablement tools. \nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail. \nExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills. \nAbility to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. \nExcellent verbal and written communication skills. \nExperience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools. \nExcellent level of proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). \nExcellent command of both spoken and written
