reviewed, approved, and archived. \nPlan and execute scheduled reviews of policies, procedures, and work instructions in line with ISO requirements and internal governance timelines. \nEnsure timely updates of documentation following process changes, regulatory updates, audit findings, or operational improvements. \nCollaborate with process owners to ensure all operational changes are accurately reflected in controlled documentation. \nCertification & Standards Management\nCoordinate surveillance, recertification, and external audits. \nSupport the implementation and maintenance of ISO standards, including ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 42001, ISO 27001, ISO 27701, and ISO 22301. \nAct as the primary liaison with certification bodies and external auditors. \nRisk, Non-Conformance & Continuous Improvement\nManage compliance risks, non-conformances, and corrective action processes. \nFacilitate root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. \nTraining, Reporting & Stakeholder Support\nDeliver compliance awareness and training programs. \nPrepare compliance reports, audit summaries, and management review inputs. \nProvide guidance to stakeholders on compliance requirements and best practices. \nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Quality Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field. \nProfessional certification as an ISO 9001 Lead Auditor is required. \nMinimum of 8 years of experience in compliance management, quality management, governance, risk management, or a related field. \nProven experience in planning, conducting, and managing internal audit programs. \nHands-on experience managing ISO-certified management systems and compliance frameworks. \nExperience coordinating external audits, certification activities, and regulatory compliance reviews. \nStrong knowledge of ISO standards, particularly ISO 9001, with familiarity with ISO 27001, ISO/IEC 42001, ISO 27701, and ISO 22301 considered an advantage. \nExperience in document control, policy development, and management system documentation. \nKnowledge of risk management, corrective action processes, and continuous improvement methodologies. \nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. \nExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and training facilitation skills. \nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications and document management systems. \nExperience within technology, AI, professional services, or other regulated industries is preferred. \nAdditional certifications related to auditing, compliance, information security, privacy, or AI governance are considered an advantage.
