Excellence: Oversee the department's operations, improve workflows, and effectively allocate resources to ensure projects are delivered with the highest quality.\nStrategic Oversight: Act as the ultimate expert and reference for the team in solving complex problems and provide strategic guidance to the Seniors.\nCross-Departmental Collaboration: Work closely with other department managers (e.g., Content and Media Buying) to ensure the delivery of integrated marketing strategies.\nRequirements\nA minimum of 5 years of total experience in Search Engine Optimization (SEO).\nA minimum of 1 year of experience in a managerial capacity.\nA minimum of 1 year of experience within a digital marketing agency (this is a mandatory requirement).\nA strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate business goals into actionable SEO plans.\nExceptional skills in communication, presentation, and client relationship management.\nDeep understanding of all aspects of SEO (Technical,
