Through innovative developments, exceptional customer experiences and a commitment to sustainability, we are shaping places where people can live, work and thrive.\nJoining Arada means becoming part of a collaborative, ambitious and forward-thinking team dedicated to delivering excellence across every aspect of our business.\nRole Purpose:\nLead and manage the sales activities for tower cranes and related services, drive revenue growth, develop customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure sales targets are achieved in line with the company's business objectives.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDevelop and implement sales strategies for tower crane rental, sales.\n\nIdentify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction, real estate, and infrastructure sectors.\n\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, developers, and consultants.\n\nPrepare and submit commercial proposals, quotations, and tenders in coordination with the relevant teams.\n\nNegotiate commercial terms and support contract finalization within approved authority limits.\n\nMonitor the sales pipeline, opportunities, quotations, and conversion rates.\n\nAchieve agreed revenue, sales, and gross margin targets.\n\nCoordinate with Operations, Engineering, Finance, and other departments to ensure smooth execution of customer requirements.\n\nMonitor market trends, competitor activities, customer requirements, and pricing to identify business opportunities.\n\nMaintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates to management.\n\nEnsure timely follow-up on leads, quotations, contracts, and customer enquiries.\n\nSupport resolution of customer issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.\n\nEnsure all sales activities comply with company policies, commercial procedures, and approved pricing and authority levels.\n\nExperience\n5 to 8 years of Experience selling tower cranes, mobile cranes, hoists, or related construction machinery is highly preferred.\n\nStrong understanding of the construction and infrastructure sector, including contractors, developers, and equipment rental companies.\n\nProven experience managing the full sales cycle: lead generation, site visits, technical discussions, quotations, negotiations, and closing.\n\nExperience handling key accounts and building relationships with construction companies and crane rental businesses.\n\nAbility to prepare commercial proposals, pricing, tenders, and contracts.\n\nExperience achieving sales targets and developing new markets.\n\nGood technical understanding of tower crane capacity, configurations, installation, dismantling, and applications.\n\nExperience coordinating with engineering, operations, logistics, and after-sales teams.\n\nRegional market experience, particularly GCC/UAE construction markets, can be an advantage.\n\nUsing GenAI in Your Application Process\nTo support a fair and consistent experience for all candidates, we ask that assessments and interviews are completed independently and without assistance from generative AI tools.
