You will work across the stack, building high-performance services in Golang and Python and responsive user interfaces in React, and you will own features from design through production.\n\nResponsibilities: \nDesign, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs in Golang and Python.\nBuild clean, responsive, high-performance front-end interfaces using React.\nOwn features end-to-end: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and monitoring.\nDesign RESTful APIs and microservices with scalability, reliability, and security in mind.\nDesign and optimize database schemas and queries (relational and NoSQL).\nWrite clean, testable, well-documented code and take part in code reviews.\nDebug and resolve production issues, and improve system performance and observability.\nWork closely with product, design, and QA teams to deliver high-quality releases.\nContribute to architecture decisions and engineering best practices.\n\nRequirements: \nEducation: B. Tech / M. Tech / Dual Degree from an IIT.\n7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.\nStrong proficiency in Golang (concurrency, goroutines, channels, building services, and APIs).\nStrong proficiency in Python (Flask, FastAPI, or Django).\nSolid experience with React (hooks, state management, component design), plus JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.\nGood understanding of data structures, algorithms, system design, and OOP principles.\nExperience with SQL databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and at least one NoSQL store (MongoDB/Redis).\nExperience building and consuming REST APIs; knowledge of gRPC or GraphQL is a plus.\nFamiliarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile development.\nStrong problem-solving and communication skills.\nB. Tech / M.
