Behind every pint poured and every event delivered is a beverage operation that has to run like clockwork.\nWe're looking for an organised, hands-on Assistant Beerstores Manager to help lead that operation. This is a great opportunity for an experienced stock, warehouse or logistics supervisor ready to take the next step in a high-profile, fast-paced environment.\nThe Role\nYou will support the Beerstores Manager in running all beer and beverage stock operations across the venue. That covers ordering and deliveries, stock control, bar equipment and leading a small team. You will deputise for the Beerstores Manager when required. You will make sure every bar and event is supplied on time, to standard and cost-effectively, while keeping our quality and safety standards high.\nKey Responsibilities\nStock & Ordering\nPlace accurate, timely keg and beverage orders based on trading levels and upcoming events.\nReceive and check all deliveries, and resolve any discrepancies with suppliers.\nStock all bars throughout the day, using correct rotation to protect product quality.\nCarry out monthly stock takes, investigate variances and report findings to management.\nMonitor stock usage and drive cost control and waste reduction.\nEquipment, Compliance & Safety\nOrder bar equipment and manage its servicing and maintenance, liaising with suppliers and contractors.\nKeep cellars, stores and distribution points clean, safe and well organised.\nEnsure compliance with licensing law, health & safety regulations and company policy, working closely with the H&S team.\nPeople & Standards\nLead, train and motivate a small team, building a culture of accountability, teamwork and high standards.\nWork with bar teams to make sure all products are served consistently to our quality standards.\nEvents & Stakeholders\nLiaise with clients, suppliers and department managers on daily and event requirements.\nAttend weekly function meetings to plan stock for upcoming events.\nAttend management meetings and contribute to the venue's sustainability initiatives.\n Experience in stock management, warehousing, logistics or procurement. This can be in hospitality, retail, drinks distribution or a similar environment.\nProven ability to lead and motivate a small team.\nExcellent organisation, problem-solving and attention to detail, particularly in stock control.\nCalm under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.\nBasic knowledge of health & safety and compliance requirements.\nConfident with stock management software and Microsoft Office.\nA genuine commitment to high standards and great service.\nDesirable\nExperience in a high-volume hospitality or events venue.\nKnowledge of beer products, cellar management and correct storage and handling.\nExperience in cost control and waste reduction.\nFull clean Category B driving licence.\nWhat We Offer\nSalary: €40,000 - €45,000 per annum, depending on experience\nCompany pension scheme\nMeals on duty\nStaff discounts\nOngoing training and development\nClear opportunities for career progression\n About Aramark\nAramark Ireland is a leader in food, facilities, and workplace services, supporting clients across healthcare, education, business, and the public sector.
