This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with a passion for coffee and exceptional customer service to work within a vibrant environment. You will be at the heart of our café operations, crafting quality beverages and creating memorable experiences for our customers whilst working collaboratively with a supportive team.\nMonday to Friday 7am- 5.30pm\nPrepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, espresso-based drinks, and other hot and cold beverages to the highest standard - Operate espresso machines and other café equipment efficiently and maintain them in accordance with company standards - Take customer orders accurately, process payments via till systems, and handle cash responsibly\nMaintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the café and service areas, adhering to food safety and health and safety regulations - Replenish stock levels and maintain organised, visually appealing product displays - Assist with light food preparation and service as required, supporting the wider team during busy periods\nDemonstrate extensive product knowledge and provide personalised recommendations to customers - Work efficiently and collaboratively during peak service times, prioritising tasks effectively - Contribute to a welcoming and inclusive café environment that reflects our commitment to excellent customer service - Support team members and share best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning\n Previous experience as a Barista, in catering, retail, or customer service roles is desirable but not essential - Demonstrated knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, espresso machine operation, and different coffee types and brewing methods - Strong passion for delivering excellent customer service with a friendly and professional approach - Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers\nProven ability to work efficiently and multitask in a busy, fast-paced environment - Reliable, flexible, and adaptable attitude with a positive willingness to learn and develop - Attention to detail in beverage preparation and presentation - Experience with till operation and cash handling - Awareness of food hygiene, health, and safety standards\nPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks - Strong organisational and time-keeping skills - Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively as part of a team - Inclusive approach to working with colleagues and customers from all backgrounds\n About Aramark\nAramark Ireland is a leader in food, facilities, and workplace services, supporting clients across healthcare, education, business, and the public sector.
