This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your expertise in specialty coffee preparation while delivering outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, supportive setting.\nPrepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including espresso-based drinks, teas, and specialty coffee creations, consistently meeting quality standards\nDeliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly, taking orders accurately, and addressing customer needs with empathy and professionalism\nOperate point-of-sale (POS) systems and payment processing equipment with accuracy and efficiency\nMaintain meticulous cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar, including equipment sanitization, stock rotation, and attractive product displays\nRestock supplies and ingredients proactively, ensuring the bar is always well-prepared for service periods\nDemonstrate strong attention to detail in beverage preparation, ensuring consistency and presentation excellence\nSupport food service and light food preparation tasks as required by the operation\nAdhere to all food safety, health and safety regulations, and company procedures at all times\nCollaborate effectively with team members during peak periods, prioritizing tasks and supporting colleagues to maintain service flow\nContribute to a positive, inclusive team environment through reliable performance and a flexible, can-do attitude\n Previous experience as a barista, in hospitality, retail, or customer service roles is desirable but not essential\nDemonstrated passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating positive customer interactions\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers\nFriendly, professional, and approachable demeanor with genuine enthusiasm for the role\nAbility to work efficiently and multitask effectively in a busy, fast-paced environment\nExcellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality in beverage preparation and presentation\nReliable, flexible, and adaptable attitude with willingness to learn and develop new skills\nKnowledge of coffee preparation techniques, beverage varieties, and specialty drink creation is a plus\nProficiency with point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling experience preferred\nBasic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards\nPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks\nStrong team player mentality with the ability to collaborate and support colleagues\nOrganized approach to work with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously\n About Aramark\nAramark Ireland is a leader in food, facilities, and workplace services, supporting clients across healthcare, education, business, and the public sector.
