The role of the Business Development Coordinator is to support business development activities for the UK & Global Energy offshore and remote sites business, by proactively managing existing customers and supporting with the development of future business with new customers.\nThe Business Development Coordinator will be required to establish and nurture existing and new customer relationships, gather and analyse prospect and client information, maintain client database information, support tenders and play a supporting role in generating, responding to and winning tenders.\nWorking closely with the Head of Global Sales and operations team, the role will support the sales growth plan both within the UK and Internationally (as required), with a new focus on developing our technical services division and onshore remote site camp markets.\nThe successful candidate will also work alongside our operations, finance, technical services team within our ARCADION business in Aberdeen, and other relevant teams in Europe and the USA.\nKey Benefits:\nGenerous annual leave that increases in line with service, with the opportunity to buy extra\nLife assurance and pension scheme\nBenefits app: access to 100s of discounts, free mortgage advice, cycle to work scheme, health cash plans, online GP appointments, and our Employee Assistance Programme\nKey Responsibilities:\nWorking with Head of Sales to build and maintain the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Database - ensuring all targeted accounts are updated regularly and actions recorded on the system.\nSupport the core sales activity (New & Retention) for Aramark’s global energy business offshore across the UKCS. This includes offshore catering, housekeeping, cleaning and wider maintenance services provided by Aramark’s in-house technical team ARCADION.\nRetention: Engage with Aramark’s current clients on vertical and horizonal selling and under the direction of the country Directors of Operations & the Head of Global Sales; support retention activity.\nTargeting, liaising, completing proposals, presenting and closing out commercial and contractual documents. Further support to the operations team during mobilisation and transition where required.\nWorking with Aramark Bid Team to develop & refine content for pre-qualification and tender responses which are bespoke to Aramark. Strong writing skills are required.\nProof-reading/quality-checking final documents to ensure that they meet quality standards, where supported by Aramark’s centralized bid and design team.\nWorking closely with the wider international team including to ensure that client expectations are met throughout the sales process.\nEnsure that there is a momentum to the sales activity - Pipeline Management, working with the Global Head of Sales.\nGenerating and providing regular and ad-hoc reports to the management team both globally and locally.\nSupporting Aramark’s Safety team with external profiles, E.g. Achilles/SEQual and other industry bodies.
