The successful candidate will provide essential support to our catering operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation, service, and hygiene are maintained at all times whilst contributing positively to our collaborative team. - Assist with the serving of food and beverages to guests, ensuring a professional, courteous, and customer-focused service at all times with a willingness to learn and a positive attitude\nRespond promptly and efficiently to requests from team members, contributing to a supportive and inclusive working environment - Comply with all food safety regulations, health and hygiene standards, and organisational policies at all times\nMaintain awareness of dietary requirements and allergen information, ensuring guests' needs are met with empathy and care - Work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods, remaining resilient and organised throughout the day - Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation, maintaining attention to detail and high standards\nSupport the setup and breakdown of catering spaces, working collaboratively with team members - Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas, equipment, and utensils in accordance with hygiene standards - Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and a goal-oriented approach to tasks\n **Required:** - Demonstrable knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices, or willingness to obtain Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 - Strong organisational and time-keeping skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining high standards\nExcellent people skills and demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team - Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining consistently high standards in all tasks - Reliable and punctual with flexibility to work varied shift patterns, including weekends and evenings as required - Physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods during service - Clear verbal communication skills and ability to follow instructions\nBasic numeracy skills for portion control and stock awareness **Desirable:** - Knowledge of dietary requirements and allergen awareness - Previous experience in a catering, hospitality, or food service environment - Willingness to undertake induction training and develop your skill base within the role - Experience working in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment\n About Aramark\nAramark Ireland is a leader in food, facilities, and workplace services, supporting clients across healthcare, education, business, and the public sector.
