We are currently recruiting for a Catering Assistant to join our team at The
Marches School, Oswestry, SY11. This is a fantastic opportunity for a friendly and
enthusiastic individual to become part of a busy school catering team, helping to
provide excellent food and customer service to pupils and staff.

What you'll be doing
- Assisting with food preparation and service
- Serving pupils, staff, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Operating tills and handling customer transactions
- Replenishing counters and service areas
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout kitchen and dining areas
- Following food safety, allergen, and health & safety procedures
- Supporting the catering team with the smooth day-to-day running of the
service
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable and flexible approach to work
- Ability to work effectively in a busy catering environment
- Previous catering, hospitality, or customer service experience is desirable but
not essential as full training will be provided
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of food safety and customer
service
- Successful candidates will be required to complete a DBS check prior to
commencing employment.
