The successful candidate will ensure services are delivered efficiently, professionally, and in line with company standards while creating an outstanding experience for clients, visitors, and employees.\nKey Responsibilities\nCoordinate the daily delivery of catering, hospitality, and mailroom services.\nEnsure high-quality food service and exceptional customer experience at all times.\nManage hospitality bookings, meetings, events, conferences, and client functions.\nLead, motivate, and support catering team members, ensuring excellent performance standards.\nWork closely with the mailroom team to ensure compliance with all operational procedures and service level agreements.\nMonitor service quality, health & safety standards, and food hygiene compliance.\nManage stock levels and oversee the ordering of catering, hospitality, and office supplies.\nBuild strong relationships with clients, visitors, suppliers, and key stakeholders.\nEnsure all hospitality areas, meeting rooms, and service spaces are maintained to a professional standard.\nMaintain accurate records, reports, and documentation as required.\nIdentify opportunities for service improvement and operational efficiencies.\nSupport the implementation of company policies, procedures, and best practices.\n Previous experience in catering, hospitality, food service, facilities, or workplace services supervision.\nStrong customer service skills with the ability to build positive client relationships.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nProven ability to coordinate multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nLeadership experience with the ability to motivate, coach, and support team members.\nStrong organisational and time management skills.\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.\nGood understanding of health & safety, food hygiene, and compliance requirements.\nEffective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.\nCompetent in Microsoft Office applications and general administrative systems.\nFlexible, professional, and adaptable approach to work.\n About Aramark\nAramark Ireland is a leader in food, facilities, and workplace services, supporting clients across healthcare, education, business, and the public sector.
