As a Chef de Partie, you will play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of food quality, presentation, and service while supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of our kitchen.\nPrepare, cook, and present dishes to consistently high standards, ensuring every plate reflects our commitment to excellence\nManage and oversee your designated kitchen section, maintaining organization and efficiency at all times\nSupport the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations and strategic decision-making\nEnsure strict adherence to food quality, presentation, and portion control standards across all dishes\nImplement and maintain rigorous food safety, health and safety, and hygiene procedures\nAssist with stock control, stock rotation, and ordering processes while minimizing food waste and controlling costs\nLead, mentor, and support junior kitchen team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive kitchen environment\nMaintain a clean, safe, and well-organized kitchen workspace that promotes efficiency and team morale\nContribute creative ideas to menu development and continuous improvement initiatives\nDemonstrate flexibility and resilience in responding to changing kitchen demands and business needs\nCommunicate effectively with team members and management to ensure seamless kitchen operations\n Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar senior chef role within a professional kitchen\nStrong culinary skills with a genuine passion for food and commitment to quality\nComprehensive knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards with relevant certification\nDemonstrated ability to work effectively and calmly in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment\nExcellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail\nProven leadership and mentoring capabilities with the ability to support and develop junior team members\nStrong teamwork and collaboration skills with a positive, inclusive attitude\nProficiency in portion control, cost management, and waste minimization practices\nExperience with stock control, rotation, and ordering processes\nKnowledge of menu development and kitchen innovation\nExcellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities\nStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across all levels\nFlexibility and adaptability to changing business needs and working hours\nCommitment to maintaining the highest standards of food safety and presentation\n About Aramark\nAramark Ireland is a leader in food, facilities, and workplace services, supporting clients across healthcare, education, business, and the public sector.
