This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced chef who takes pride in delivering high-quality food and maintaining excellent culinary standards.\nAs Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing your designated section of the kitchen, ensuring dishes are prepared and presented to the highest standard while supporting the wider kitchen team in delivering an exceptional dining experience.\nKey Responsibilities\nPrepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within your designated section\nEnsure all food is prepared in accordance with company recipes, standards, and specifications\nMaintain high levels of food hygiene and kitchen cleanliness at all times\nAssist with stock control, stock rotation, and inventory management\nMinimise food waste and support cost-control initiatives\nSupport the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations\nEnsure compliance with food safety, health and safety, and HACCP requirements\nAssist with training and mentoring junior members of the kitchen team\nContribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specials\nWork collaboratively to ensure efficient service during busy periods\n Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or a strong Commis Chef ready for progression\nA genuine passion for food and high standards of culinary excellence\nGood knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations\nExcellent organisational and time-management skills\nThe ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment\nStrong communication and teamwork skills\nA positive, flexible, and professional attitude\nLevel 2 Food Safety & Hygiene Certificate\nRelevant catering or professional cookery qualification\nExperience working in a corporate, hospitality, hotel, restaurant, or contract catering environment\n At Aramark UK, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone is valued and empowered to thrive.\nAs a proud Disability Confident Employer, we actively encourage applications from individuals of all abilities and are dedicated to supporting employees with disabilities throughout their career journey.\nWe are an Armed Forces Friendly organisation and proud signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant.
