This is a fantastic opportunity for a hardworking and reliable individual to become part of a supportive team, helping to maintain a clean, safe and welcoming environment within a busy site.\nThe Role\nAs a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out a range of cleaning duties to ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standards. You will play an important role in providing a clean and safe environment for customers, visitors and colleagues.\nKey Responsibilities\nCarrying out daily cleaning of offices, welfare facilities, communal areas and washrooms\nVacuuming, mopping, dusting and sanitising designated areas\nReplenishing consumables such as soap, paper towels and toilet tissue\nEnsuring cleaning equipment is used safely and stored correctly\nReporting maintenance issues or health and safety concerns to management\nFollowing cleaning schedules and completing tasks within agreed timescales\nMaintaining high standards of hygiene and cleanliness at all times\nAdhering to all company health & safety policies and procedures\nWhat's in it for You?\n£12.71 per hour\n25 hours per week\nMonday to Friday working pattern\n08:00 - 13:00 shifts\nAccess to our Employee Benefits app, including online GP services, an Employee Assistance Programme and hundreds of retail discounts\nCompany pension contributions\nLife assurance\nGenerous holiday entitlement with the option to buy more\nExcellent training and development opportunities\nApprenticeship schemes available\nFantastic career progression opportunities, as we LOVE to promote from within\nBe part of a talented and supportive team\n What We're Looking For\nPrevious cleaning experience is desirable but not essential\nGood attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards\nReliable, punctual and self-motivated approach to work\nAbility to work independently and as part of a team\nGood communication skills\nAwareness of health & safety and hygiene practices\nFlexible and positive attitude with a willingness to learn\n Employment is subject to satisfactory right to work checks.\nThis role is subject to security screening requirements.
