We're looking for a dedicated and reliable Cleaning Operative to join our facilities team in Cork, Ireland. This is an excellent opportunity for a conscientious individual who takes pride in maintaining clean, hygienic, and well-presented environments. You will play a vital role in ensuring our facilities meet the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation, contributing to a safe and welcoming space for all who use our premises. - Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all designated areas, including offices, communal spaces, and facilities
- Safely use cleaning equipment and chemicals in accordance with company procedures and health and safety regulations
- Perform a range of cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitizing surfaces, and restocking supplies such as soap and toilet rolls
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or health and safety concerns promptly to management
- Complete all cleaning records and documentation accurately and thoroughly where required
- Work independently and collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient completion of cleaning schedules
- Prioritize tasks effectively and manage workload to meet daily objectives
- Demonstrate flexibility in working hours, including weekend work when required
- Maintain professional standards and courtesy when interacting with colleagues and building occupants
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and health and safety protocols at all times
- Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as comprehensive training will be provided
- Strong attention to detail and unwavering commitment to maintaining high standards
- Ability to work both independently and effectively as part of a collaborative team

- Good understanding of health and safety practices and procedures
