We are currently recruiting for a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team at RAF
Leeming, Northallerton, DL7 9NJ. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated
and organised individual to support the delivery of high cleaning standards while
supervising day-to-day cleaning operations across site.

What you'll be doing
- Supervising and supporting the cleaning team to maintain high standards
across the site
- Monitoring cleaning schedules and ensuring tasks are completed effectively
- Carrying out cleaning duties where required
- Conducting quality checks and identifying areas for improvement
- Managing cleaning supplies and equipment
- Supporting team training and performance
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety procedures and company standards
- Reporting maintenance issues, hazards, and operational concerns to
management
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the cleaning service
- Previous cleaning or supervisory experience is desirable
- Full UK driving licence is essential
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable and professional approach to work
- Successful candidates will be required to complete a Basic DBS check prior
to commencing employment
