The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and enhancement of clients' internal gardens, landscaped areas, and vegetable beds, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards throughout the year.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for an individual who takes pride in horticulture, enjoys working outdoors, and has a strong eye for detail and plant care.\nKey Responsibilities\nMaintain and enhance internal gardens, landscaped areas, and vegetable beds.\nPlant, cultivate, prune, weed, water, and fertilise a variety of plants, flowers, shrubs, and vegetables.\nMonitor plant health and implement appropriate pest and disease control measures.\nPrepare and maintain seasonal planting displays.\nEnsure all gardens and green spaces are presented to a high aesthetic standard.\nOperate and maintain gardening tools, machinery, and equipment safely.\nAssist in planning and implementing landscaping improvements.\nMaintain accurate records of planting schedules and maintenance activities.\nEnsure compliance with health and safety procedures at all times.\nLiaise professionally with client representatives and site management teams.\n Skills Required\nStrong horticultural knowledge and practical gardening skills.\nExcellent plant identification and plant care knowledge.\nExperience in maintaining vegetable gardens and growing produce.\nAbility to work independently and manage workload effectively.\nStrong attention to detail and high standards of presentation.\nGood communication and customer service skills.\nAbility to operate gardening machinery and equipment safely.\nOrganised, reliable, and proactive approach to work.\nFull clean driving licence desirable.\nExperience Required\nPrevious experience in a professional gardening, horticulture, landscaping, or grounds maintenance role.\nProven experience maintaining gardens, planting schemes, and vegetable beds.\nExperience working within client-facing environments is advantageous.\nRelevant horticultural qualifications are desirable but not essential.\nKnowledge of seasonal planting, pruning techniques, and plant care best practices.\nWhat We're Looking For\nWe are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic gardener with a genuine passion for horticulture and landscape maintenance.
