Working closely with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT and external partners, you will ensure the accuracy, integrity and seamless migration of employee and payroll data, helping to deliver a compliant and efficient payroll solution.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for a data-driven professional with strong payroll expertise to contribute to a high-profile transformation programme. You will use your analytical skills to identify data issues, support testing activities, provide meaningful insights and help ensure a successful payroll go-live.\nThis is a 12 month FTC position working hybrid from our Horsforth office. Opportunities to attend in-house events and try the culinary genius of our teams (we are a food business after all!)\nKey Responsibilities:\nAnalyse, cleanse and validate payroll and employee data to ensure accuracy and integrity throughout the SAP Payroll implementation.\nSupport data migration activities, including data extraction, transformation, loading (ETL), mapping and reconciliation between legacy and SAP systems.\nDevelop and execute data validation processes, identifying and resolving data quality issues, discrepancies and anomalies.\nSupport System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Parallel Payroll Testing, ensuring payroll calculations and outputs are accurate.\nProduce and maintain project dashboards, data quality reports and management information to support programme governance.\nCollaborate with Payroll, HR, Finance, IT and external implementation partners to deliver project milestones and resolve data-related issues.\nEnsure payroll data is managed in line with GDPR, payroll legislation, HMRC requirements and company governance standards.\nProvide analytical insights, recommendations and risk assessments to support decision-making and ensure successful project delivery.\nKey Requirements:\nSignificant experience working with payroll data, payroll systems and payroll processes.\nPrevious experience supporting a payroll implementation, migration or transformation project.\nStrong analytical skills with the ability to identify, investigate and resolve complex data issues.\nAdvanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Power Query and complex formulas, with intermediate SQL capability.\nExperience conducting data validation, reconciliation and payroll testing activities (SIT, UAT and parallel runs).\nExcellent stakeholder management, communication and organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.\n At Aramark UK, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone is valued and empowered to thrive.\nAs a proud Disability Confident Employer, we actively encourage applications from individuals of all abilities and are dedicated to supporting employees with disabilities throughout their career journey.\nWe are an Armed Forces Friendly organisation and proud signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant.
