The successful candidate will report into the IFM Account Manager and will support with the Hard Services elements of contract delivery for our clients.\nResponsibilities\nManage nominated contractors for performance and strategic fit to client operations as well as delivering to SLA/KPIs.\nCo-ordinate the efficient operation of the front-line technical team onsite.\nCo-ordinate all Hard Services activities onsite via Aramark team and nominated 3rd party contractors.\nEnsure compliance to safe working practices as set out in the Aramark Safety Statement and client EHS requirements.\nPermit management for the technical team and technical contractor activities.\nOperate to the onsite CAFM and PM systems onsite.\nEnsure all maintenance activities comply with required client standards and within GMP requirements onsite.\nPerform fault finding & equipment defect analysis as required.\nMonitor and manage audit systems to ensure compliance with Aramark & client SLAs/KPIs.\nResponsible for training schedules for all operational technical staff.\nFlexibility to work out of hours and at weekends where business needs require.\nPerform additional tasks, as required, to support the overall delivery of the TFM contract.\n A minimum of 5 years’ experience of outsourced service delivery within a High Quality, Customer facing environment.\nPrimary qualification as electrician/electrical technician/engineering background.\nTrack record in the co-ordination of Hard Services delivery in a customer facing role.\nExperience of working on a GMP site.\nAbility to demonstrate a pro-active and flexible approach to customer, client and key operational delivery strategies.\nDemonstrable success in leading front-line operatives and TFM service delivery.\nExperience operating and delivering in a large variety and type of building environments.\n About Aramark\nAramark Ireland is a leader in food, facilities, and workplace services, supporting clients across healthcare, education, business, and the public sector.
