Join our team and help us elevate our learning & talent\ndevelopment initiatives to new heights.\nThe successful candidate will be a key stakeholder in enhancing the learning experiences of\nCroke Park colleagues & supporting their career paths.\nTraining:\nLearning Plan Development: Develop a learning plan that suits the needs of the\nbusiness and our colleagues and communicate the annual Learning & Development\nplan to all stakeholders.\nProgram Delivery: Deliver training programs tailored to business needs and client\nexpectations.\nOnboarding / Induction Support: Facilitate an engaging ‘Warm Welcome to Croke\nPark in conjunction with HRSS regarding all onboarding and induction processes.\nSOP Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver Standard Operating\nProcedures (SOPs) ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.\nAramark Initiatives: Support the development and delivery of Aramark (parent\ncompany) learning and development initiatives.\nCompliance Training: Ensure 100% compliance with mandatory training such as\nHealth & Safety and Business Conduct Policy.\nDashboard Management: Create and manage monthly dashboards for tracking and\nreporting learning activities to senior leaders.\nInteractive Content Creation: Develop engaging training materials, including\ngraphics, animations, videos, and live demonstrations.\nEffectiveness Evaluation: Use metrics and feedback to continually refine and\nenhance learning experiences.\nTalent Development:\nDevelopment Programs: Collaborate with stakeholders to create and deliver\ndevelopment programs for continuous colleague growth.\nManagement Development & Apprenticeship Programs: Identify and coordinate\nexternal and internal apprenticeship or accredited programs beneficial to Croke\nPark.\nProgram Coordination: Manage the participation of Croke Park colleagues in\nrelevant Aramark internal programs.\n The ideal candidate:\nOperational experience: 2 to 3 years’ experience creating and delivering training\nusing blended methodology, including digital, virtual and in person, alongside strong\noperational experience in Hospitality / Retail is essential for this role.\nTechnical Skills: Proficiency with eLearning software (e.g., Articulate 360, Adobe\nCaptivate), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and other training tools.\nFamiliarity with data analytics to measure training effectiveness.\nSoft Skills: ability to engage and motivate learners.\nCreativity and Innovation: A knack for creating engaging and interactive training\ncontent that caters to different learning styles and keeps learners engaged.\nKey Performance Indicators (KPIs)\nCompliance completion.\nPerfect Serve “OR Speed-of-Service Metrics: The average transaction or queue\nhandling time in food, beverage zones following targeted point-of-sale (POS) and\nhospitality training.\nLearning Adoption & Completion Rate: The percentage of casuals completing bite-\nsized, training modules.\nPost-training survey scores (\"Did this training actively help you perform your role\ntoday?\")\nEarly-Stage Churn Reduction: The turnover rate of casual colleagues within their first\n3 stadium events.\nInternal Promotion Rates\n About Aramark\nAramark Ireland is a leader in food, facilities, and workplace services, supporting clients across healthcare, education, business, and the public sector.
