This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy delivering exceptional customer service during rugby matches, concerts, and other major events.\nAs a Matchday Bartender, you will be responsible for serving beverages efficiently, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and compliance throughout each event.\nKey Responsibilities\nServe alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with licensing laws and company policies.\nDeliver excellent customer service in a busy, high-volume environment.\nOperate tills and process cash and card transactions accurately.\nMaintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area before, during, and after events.\nMonitor stock levels and report shortages to supervisors.\nVerify age identification where required and adhere to responsible serving practices.\nWork collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery.\nFollow all food safety, health & safety, and Aramark operational procedures.\nAssist with event set-up and close-down activities as required.\n Essential:\nPrevious experience in a customer service or hospitality environment.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\nAbility to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting.\nProfessional, friendly, and approachable manner.\nStrong teamwork skills and a positive attitude.\nFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and event days.\n Desirable:\nPrevious bar or beverage service experience.\nExperience handling cash and operating electronic till systems.\nKnowledge of responsible alcohol service practices.\nManual Handling and Food Safety training (training may be provided).\nPersonal Attributes\nReliable and punctual.\nEnergetic and enthusiastic.\nCustomer-focused with a passion for service excellence.\nWell-presented and professional at all times.\nAble to remain calm and effective during busy periods.\n About Aramark\nAramark Ireland is a leader in food, facilities, and workplace services, supporting clients across healthcare, education, business, and the public sector.
