Working in a hybrid environment, you'll play a vital role in delivering accurate end-to-end payroll services across multiple business sectors, ensuring colleagues are paid correctly and on time while maintaining compliance with payroll legislation and company policies.\nThis is a Fixed Term Contract role for 12 months based from our Leeds Horsforth office.\nWhat's in it for you:\n£32,000 per annum dependent on experience\n12 months FTC \nHybrid working model (2 days Leeds, Horsforth)\nMonday to Friday working pattern\nCompany pension scheme\nGenerous annual leave entitlement, increasing with service\nOpportunity to purchase additional annual leave\nCareer development and progression opportunities\nEmployee Assistance Programme (EAP)\nMental Health Champion support\nCollaborative and supportive team environment\nKey Responsibilities:\nProcess end-to-end payrolls accurately and on time across multiple business sectors, ensuring compliance with payroll legislation and company policies.\nUtilise SAP Payroll to maintain employee records, process payroll changes, and support payroll reporting and analysis.\nManage Auto Enrolment Pension processing, RTI submissions, payroll reconciliations, and the resolution of payroll queries and discrepancies.\nSupport payroll system implementations, testing, upgrades, integrations, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.\nProvide expert support for Time & Attendance systems, ensuring accurate data transfer into payroll and resolving related issues.\nProduce payroll reports and management information, analysing data to identify trends, maintain data integrity, and support business decision-making.\nKey Requirements:\nProven experience processing end-to-end payrolls within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.\nStrong working knowledge of payroll legislation, including Auto Enrolment Pension and RTI submissions.\nHands-on experience using SAP Payroll, including payroll administration, reporting, and data management.\nExperience supporting payroll system implementations, enhancements, testing, and process improvements.\nAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills with the ability to analyse, manipulate, and validate large datasets accurately.\nExcellent attention to detail, communication skills, and the ability to build effective relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.\nAt Aramark UK, we are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace where everyone is valued and empowered to thrive.\nAs a proud Disability Confident Employer, we actively encourage applications from individuals of all abilities and are dedicated to supporting employees with disabilities throughout their career journey.\nWe are an Armed Forces Friendly organisation and proud signatory of the Armed Forces Covenant.
